01Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
02Delivery Options
Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on orders over $100, otherwise a flat rate of $9.99 applies. Express Shipping (1-2 business days): A flat rate of $19.99 applies to all orders.
03International Shipping
We ship to over 40 countries worldwide. International delivery takes 10-15 business days and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
04Tracking
A tracking number is provided via email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order at any time through the Track Order page using your order number.
